To become a part of the vibrant Santa Maria Women's Network, follow these three simple steps:
1. Fill Out Application
Two choices to submit an application!
Fill out our Online Application form electronically and conveniently using the button below.
Download, print, and complete the membership application using the button below.
2. Submit your Application
If you chose to use our Online Application, your submission was completed when you pressed the Submit button!
If you chose to download and print your application, you have 3 methods of sending it over to us:
1. Mail to: SMWN, P.O. BOX 5242, SANTA MARIA, CA 93456‐5242
2. Email to membership@smwn.net with Subject line: “SMWN Membership Application”
3. Bring to a monthly meeting and hand it to our Meeting Coordinator or Membership Chair at the Registration table
3. Submit Payment
3. Secure your membership by submitting the corresponding Membership Fee using the form below.
NEW MEMBERS: Select the month in which who will be joining as a member for the first time in your lifetime.
RENEWING MEMBERS: Select your join date as July 1st. Renewing members who have been a member previously in their lifetime must renew at the Annual Membership Fee rate.
