I began my real estate career as a sales associate in 1988 and became a branch manager for a real estate firm in Southern California 1994. My husband and I moved to the beautiful Central Coast in 2000 where I have continued to manage for the past 15 years. My management skills include an extensive background in residential real estate, marketing, recruiting and agent retention. Other areas of expertise include customer/client relations, sales associate training, business planning and strategies. I am passionate about my role and have strong experience with team building and creating office cultures that foster support, integrity and development of professional, highly effective real estate professionals to insure that all of their clients receive the highest level of service.
